Updating cu alarms and dev alarms on SYSTEM

Are not updated at the same pace as the alarm dataset of the CU

Steps to reproduce

Generate an alarm that goes and come back inside a CU. You will see that the value of the key in object will not respects always the or value of the alarms. You will see a positive value even when are no alarms.
