-fixed MultiAddressMessageRequestFuture. the bug was that the interna unique_ptr was moved
 into sub api and to the nex call (to other endpoint for resgtrasmition) the message had became
 NULL. No the internal unique_ptr CDataWrapper si cloned befor transmition, so to the nex one
 it is still valid.

update message channel to use smart pointer

work on micro unit toolkit to allign the external driver feature, ahs beel left over(to ultimate) the response of opcode:
init, deinit and to normal requests

- remove unneeded lock on chaos/cu_toolkit/driver_manager/driver/AbstractRemoteIODriver.h

ccs has been added the ability to save and apply the whole property setting
