try to add the management of DISABLE_COMPARE_AND_SWAP variable to disable the add_and_fetch bson api to let the lib be usable
on old platform

- AbstractControlUnit.cpp has been update to fix and improve property management and init restore
- ads api and batch are been improved for write log in case the initialisation phases throw an exception the now will be logged nd attached to the right control unit
	- in this case the init phase will be step stopped and logged the error

update the external driver layer of cu toolkit to prefere normal
json serialization. The "content_type" key in json parameter can be used to select
the content type that at the moment are: application/json, application/bson-json
