renamed the ChaosMetadataServiceClient root directory in chaos_metadata_service_client. now all library used lowercase way for root directory name

renamebd the SHARED_PTF and UNIQuE_PTR into ChaosSharedPtr and ChaosUniquePtr.
all previous code has been refactored

added new xcode porject for test and modifiec CMakeChaos and root CMakeLists for include all subdir of newly created
directory(by xcode project) CHAOSFrameworkTests that hase for every test a separated CMakeLists that permit to create
separeted test for every framework layer tested

added testing configuration for using http://my.cdash.org/index.php?project=CHAOS as dashboard repository
