not only the creation. Add some little change on the overall color palette
Squashed commits:
-fixed the api for create the instance and completed the functionality of us and cu instance editor
-correct !CHAOS name and added search instance api into metadata services
-fixed the set of the instance for a control unit
-fix xcode include and library path and CMake compilation
-terminated the development of the "setInstanceDescription" for the control unit
and updated the derive table management in qt ccs client. Need to be implemented the attribute table
-added new api to the metadata server for the cu instances, added
a function to CDataWrapper to get the BSON buffer without ownership
-fixed the multithreading usage of method to send request
-added the shared_ptr<CDataWrapper> as future/promises data in this way is more safe the memory management

finalized the restore operation on cu and modified teh snapshot utility to restore a set of device-id
all need to be tested

- DirectIO
	- added the skeleton for delete dataset api
	- added the skeleton for the get dataset(for a single producer id) api
- CDS DbDriver a new api has been added for the increment and decrement of the number of job
that are working on a dataset

- now the job that fill the snapshot is recognized by a code, when the operation
will be scaled on other cps this code need to be forwarded to permit, to other cps process,
to fill the snapshot

- a new utility ChaosSnapshotUtility as been created (now permit only to create a snapshot on all or a subset of producer id)

Finalized the sna[pshot save function and added to db driver the abstraction to achieve that operation

- new utility for snapshot has been added
- the ui toolkit is being modified to let user to use the system api channel
