Merge branch 'experimental' of ssh://baltig.infn.it/chaos-lnf-control/chaosframework into experimental

fix the http server adapter, mongoose is not multithreading so when pool is in execution no other thread need to be use mongoose api
the server layer has been decoupled with a queue by public api, the opcode are then executeed after pool has been executed

 - url is the lcoation of the driver and it is correlated to the protocols used by remote external unit layer
 - uri is the identification of the driver within the location(https://opensource-confluence.infn.it/confluence/display/chd/External+Driver+server#mds_initilization)
