Redirect group of CU on a group of cache servers

Description

The possibilitity to redirect group of CUs on a group of particular cache servers. Ideal will be to be able to have hierarchies of cache servers. Flame has multiple cameras, that must be visualised at high rates. The connection with the Centro di Calcolo is 1Gbit, so the destination servers should reside into flame. This is a general features, because different experiment may want to have data "very near", for efficiency, privacy and physical problems (at the moment no bandwith sufficient)
