Added capability to reset the FTDI chip when it gets stuck on crash, but still not working (code commented out). I think it should be executed only if the bus.configure fails and then issue again a new bus.configure

Merged FPGA and FTDI drivers in the same repository and made a general class for most of the shared stuff
