Merging mpi branch to delete it since it is stable

LaBr-AGATA coinc are working. Added Counting rate for each detector. FirstTS fixed. Hadd verbosity lowered. Added Qvalue vs TKEL matrix for prisma. Fixed prisma-dante ana. Seg fault of cuts remains. Labr work in progress
