OCP-allinone-controller con compute connesso a CEPH

Implements a dynamic host partition in LSF for multicore jobs. The partition automatically grows and shrinks on a per--need basis. When a node is assigned to the mcore partition, LSF stops dispatching single--core jobs to it.

Code used for the automatic CDF run1 tape read and upload to the new storage area.
